6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field
- Oversee the overall production in assigned unit as per GMP standards.
- Ensure effective compliance with company standards in the production facility.
- Manage records of workers under supervision.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin and other departments for workers challenges and concerns
- Ensure the implementation of health and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure Implementation of quality control standards.
- Ensure that all production orders are delivered on time.
- Manage equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage the training of staff and workers according to GMP and PFA standards.
